SUPPORTERS: This form is for all adults. It's also for youth who cannot commit to SAVS activities/meetings or don't want to be part of a specific school branch, and/or whose school does not have a dedicated SAVS School Branch yet.

MEMBERS: For students who are part of a school that has a dedicated SAVS School Branch, find your school in the dropdown below, then click Submit. This will take you to a personalised form for your specific school:

Can't find your school? Ask them if they are part of the Association. If they are, contact your school's SAVS Leader for assistance, otherwise use the Supporters Form.
